The Modern Apprenticeship Programme allows apprentices to work full time and have the opportunity to earn while they learn and to put theory into practice within a working environment.
Regular assessment and reviews will be undertaken within the apprentice's own workplace which aims to ensure they have the required skills to successfully complete their apprenticeship.
What Might a Typical Day in this Job look like?
Depending on the modules chosen, you could cover the following areas:
- IT
- Record keeping
- Communications
- Project management
- Understanding of policies, processes, and business fundamentals
- Key behaviours, such as self-development and teamwork
Apprentices will cover all aspects of administration from maintaining the administration systems to updating the computerised and manual filing systems.

What qualifications or qualities are required?
You must have or expect to gain National 4 or above In English, Maths, and a Business or Computer Studies subject. Accredited equivalents will also be accepted.
