Over this 3-year apprenticeship, you'll learn how to inspect, service, maintain, and repair some of the most advanced commercial vehicles on the road, including the latest electric trucks and vans. You'll gain real workshop experience, work alongside skilled technicians, and earn a nationally recognised qualification.
What You'll Do
- Service and repair heavy vehicles
- Carry out inspections and MOT preparation
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Learn about engine, transmission, braking, and EV systems
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Work alongside experienced technicians and mentors

Renault Truck Commercials First year apprentice rates:
- 16-17 years £7.93 pr hr
- 18-20 years £10.50 pr hr

Our rates increase as you move into the next year and/or if you change age category before the new year commences.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 40 hours, 8am to 5pm with block release study weeks at our prestigious Renault Trucks Academy in Leicester.
