About the role

As an Apprentice Customer Service Representative, you will become a trusted point of contact for our customers, supporting them with enquiries and vehicle needs. You’ll also gain experience handling more complex or technical customer queries and help ensure a smooth and professional customer journey from start to finish.

Working closely with our service teams, you’ll learn how to provide expert advice, support the workshop and parts teams, and deliver tailored customer service that meets the needs of our clients across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • You are able to prioritise and work to timelines.
  • A willingness to work in a customer focused environment using your own initiative.
  • A full UK Driving licence is preferred but not essential.
  • You must have or expect to gain GCSE Level 5 or above in Maths and English. If you are working towards these qualifications, please state this in your application.
