About the role

Our Training Advisors and Account Managers are responsible for selling our vast portfolio of training courses and promoting our funded training programmes and apprenticeships. This role will also include managing and developing a database of customers – generating leads, exploring new training requirements within our customer database, and closing the opportunities.

Candidates should have experience of B2B sales and the ability to quickly develop a positive rapport with customers. Excellent communication skills and a personable, can-do attitude are what we are looking for this position. Previous experience within the government-funded training arena would be hugely beneficial.

  • Advise employers on available government funding and grants for skills development.
  • Communicate with multiple departments internally to manage processes effectively.
  • Grow Levy accounts by selling the complete range of apprenticeship and commercial training.
  • Promoting GTG's products over the phone and via face-to-face visits with customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
